Materials:
3 large potatoes
5 eggs
Margarine
Salt
Pepper
Preparation:
Peel the potatoes and finely chop.
Wash the diced potatoes and dry in a clean napkin. Heat the three tablespoons of margarine in a skillet. (can use a glass vegetable oil instead of margarine.)
Put the potatoes in a pan, and fry until pink. Take out the tray with a perforated ladle.
Beat eggs in a bowl of porcelain. Put a piece of margarine on the tray fried potatoes. cook for a while.
Pour Beaten egg over the potatoes. Wait cooked eggs squinting fire a little . Add salt and pepper.
