14/09/2011 The new app for iPhone and Blackberry puts essential event information at your fingertips wherever you are.
TFWA has created a dedicated app for iPhone and Blackberry users visiting TFWA World Exhibition 2011. The app allows users to find essential event details on their phones – ideal for those surprisingly frequent moments when you cannot reach the Guide, the Diary or a computer.
The app, which can be downloaded from TFWA.com, includes:
• The full programme, including exhibition, conference, workshops and social events;
• Complete list of exhibitors and stand locations;
• Exhibition floorplans with stand locations for all areas of the Palais;
• Full index of on-site services.
The app is the latest in a series of new tools designed to optimise delegates’ experience at TFWA World Exhibition. Earlier this month TFWA unveiled the Exhibition Directory, a fully searchable online directory of exhibiting and visiting companies that allows pre-registered visitors and exhibitors to print or export targeted lists including company information and contact details.
This is in addition to the dedicated app from TFWA's Cannes accommodation partner Be In Beyond, which provides information on hotels and restaurants in the Cannes area.
