An interview is a conversation, just as an Interviewer expect the candidate to be well prepared for interview, the same way a candidate also hopes that the interviewer has prepared well and thought about meaningful questions to ask and answer. When either of them is unprepared, output is usually disastrous..!! If all they wanted was answers to scripted questions, why waste time on a face-to-face interview? This could have been better done through email. The most successful interviews, the ones that end in job offers - are ones in which interviewer and the candidate both talk and listen equally and have a meaningful conversation. #RJmusings
